Okay but doesn't seem to have any kind of form of "HOA". Seem homes are much better kept than others.

I'm out of my comfort zone, cuz I really don't like to be negative, but I'm letting everybody know that if your looking to move, please don't move there, its a small mobile home park, but the owners don't what so ever keep the park up, really nice people in there its just the owners don't keep it up
Cause its a nice place where you can relax, good people, good place to raise children and awesome schools. You can leave your home unlocked as well as your vehicle and don't have to worry about it getting broke into
